Most divorce retainer agreements do not include preparing the court order necessary to divide a pension, 401k or other retirement account. Chris Affronti is proficient in drafting these orders which may or may not be called a QDRO. He frequently receives referrals from other attorneys to prepare and submit these orders, which relate to dividing what may be the largest asset in many marital estates. Chris uses his extensive internal form library to efficiently prepare these orders quickly and economically.
